YouTube
Copy of the URL of the YouTube video (Figure 01) that you want to watch and put it in your post (blog) like below, between the brackets [ and ].Figure 01.

If the video URL is -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTMua2lJ3eA

Put it like this:
[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTMua2lJ3eA]
Google Video
It is same as above, copy of the URL of the Google video [...]

How to post a Youtube video?

Copy the URL.
Put that URL between to make something that looks like:

In other words, put this:
youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AgEmZ39EtFk
inside [ ] square brackets.
On your blog, the video will show up like the one below.

How to post a RockYou slideshow?

Make a RockYou slideshow, then find your slideshow’s ID. The quickest way to do this is to look in your browser’s address bar:
http://www86.rockyou.com/show_my_gallery.php?instanceid=39325435&s_pindex=4
Copy the ID number and write something like this into your blog post:
[rockyou id=39325435]
You can specify the width and height if you want to:
[rockyou id=39325435&w=400&h=300]
On your blog, the slideshow will show up like [...]
